Jordan had a passion for dance throughout her entire life. As she grew, she fell even more in love with teaching and working with students from all backgrounds, regardless of their gender, religion, financial status, or circumstances.
Her goal was to help mold dancers into the best versions of themselves, encouraging and pushing them to achieve more than they ever thought possible.
After losing her battle with bile duct cancer, the Jordan Maria Scholarship was established in her honor. This scholarship is awarded to student(s) who demonstrate a deep love and passion for dance, show great promise both in the studio and in school, serve as role models to others, and remain dedicated to their craft.
Jordan’s passion and love for dance live on through these dancers and the many more who will follow in their footsteps.
Congratulations to all of our winners! We are so proud of you and honored to continue Jordan’s legacy through each of you.
